I think that Hamlet is right for waiting for the right time to kill Claudius in a bad act,it makes him seem like he was killing him for doing something wrong. Killing him during prayer would have made him look very bad and in his beliefs surely bring him to hell.He is right for waiting and thinking carefully because it gives him more of a time to think about how he plans on doing it. After it was to avenge his father. Even though,Hamlet decided to wait it made him wonder whether he should do it or not. Although,I think he should have took more precaution. However,we all know doing either choices would be considered as sin and he would be going to hell anyway.
Hamlet's belief and thoughts I think actually made him mad. He only reason for living was to avenge his father and he spent every moment thinking and planning how to do it. It was as if Hamlet was only stuck on trying to get Claudius that he thought of no one else.It is as If Hamlet was getting more crazy as the time passed and as he was waiting for the right moment to kill Claudius, unfortunately his judgement was clouded all too much and he killed the wrong person.

Poor Ophelia
I think Shakespeare intended Ophelia to be portrayed as a woman driven to insanity by the death of her father. She was to show how losing love and losing her father made her crazy because she must have felt alone. Everyone needed to be loved and the two most close to her were gone. Hamlet had went crazy and broke up with her and then later on, Hamlet kills her father. It must have been surreal to Ophelia. Ophelia final moments were sad,she seemed lost in all the grief and confusion and did not know what was going on. I do not believe that she intended to drown herself intentionally, but sine she lost touch with reality,it was as if she was trying to make believe that nothing happened and all was well. She did give in when the branch broke and I feel as though gertude could have helped her. She could have took action, not to leave her all alone because she was dangerous to everyone around her as well as herself. Losing touch with reality when all this diaster struck is what drove her to the edge. She could not bear it and it was too mch pain for her to deal with by herself. I do feel really sorry for Ophelia because she could have been helped and more protected, so that she would not have died and worse of all her finally days were filled with grief and confusion.
I strongly feel that Ophelia should have a rites to a proper burial ground because it was not her fault. There are many reasons why she should have it. First of all, Gertude knew that
Ophelia's mind was not in the best shape and that she was unstable. i think that Gertude should have protected and done everything in her power to make sure she was secure. She could have put guards with Ophelia to keep watch on her at all times then maybe her death would not have happened. Another reason, why Ophelia should have burial rites is because no one was there to see what happened to Ophelia, there was no witness.and why would a person who has gone insane try to kill themselves? That does not make any sense, there is a difference between being crazy and being suicidal. Therefore, she should be allowed to have proper burial rites.

Reflection on each film of Hamlet's Soliloquy
The setting of the first version with Mel Gibson was in the tombstone where his father body lay. It gives the effect of trying to figure out whether he should stay alive or join his father in death. It makes the moment ore serious and more entertaining. The music shows that it is a really decisive moment and it sets sort of a peaceful decision making mood. the director makes the lighting very dark and goes from Mel Gibson's face to the skeletons on the wall of the tombstone.
In this version, there is no use of a dagger and no dark violent music. In the lines that Mel Gibson says sounds likehis is going crazy. The second version of the movie was in front of a mirror and he held a dagger. It makes a moment different from others because it shows that he is facing himself. The music was very dark and violent especially when he pulled out the dagger. The lighting was very bright and I think it was purposely done to show that the director was focused on Hamlet fighting his consquence more than anything.
In the third version, the setting was in a Blockbuster. It was so pretty dumb and Hamlet walks down and up the aisle thinkng. the lights flicker sort of and he starts talking aloud and as the music gets darker. it shows on the television a growng fire to show of what hell will look like if he chooses to kill himself.
I feel that they are so many versions of the play to show the many different adaptions. It shows that the same problem that occurred in "Hamlet" could happen at any time and that many people know the play. My favorite adaption of the movie is the Mel Gibson version, its not as dramatic or boring as the other versions.

My analysis on the Ghost scenes of all three movies - Jen
I found that Mel Gibson role was played more accurately then the other two movies, in the other versions one was too dark and ominous and to me, it seemed dragged out. The other more medieval movie was way too dramatic, for the way I think the original author tried to display it. The music seemed more touching in the Mel Gibson version and I think in the other two movies it seemed to violent and dark. The Mel Gibson version shows that he is really depressed and mourning for his father, it also shows how he is dealing with questioning his sanity. In the other movies, it gives all dark and ominous thoughts, no hope. It is like they depicted more of a mourner and an avenger rather than trying to show what was going on in his head.
