My analysis on the Ghost scenes of all three movies - Jen

I  found that Mel Gibson role was played more accurately then the other two movies, in the other versions one was too dark and ominous and to me, it seemed dragged out. The other more medieval movie was way too dramatic,for the way I think the original author tried to display it. The music seemed more touching in the Mel Gibson version and I think in the other two movies it seemed to violent and dark. The Mel Gibson version shows that he is really depressed and mourning for his father, it also shows how he is dealing with questioning his sanity. In the other movies, it gives all dark and ominous thoughts, no hope. It is like they depicted more of a mourner and an avenger rather than trying to show what was going on in his head.
